Default RNA fragmentation

Does anyone know of any covaris settings to fragment RNA? I'm trying to avoid chemical fragmentation if possible.

Please process your RNA samples in 120ul of TE, or buffer EB, using a Covaris MicroTube. Please use the settings of 10%dc/5i/200cpb/75 seconds to generate fragments of around 200 bases.

Thank you
