Hi all,
This is Andrew and need any suggestions against attached seq QC data. Recently, I got cancer panel service from a company, and I found that seq process was not good. If the quality of seq data is fine and suitable for finding somatic mutation, I will use this. But not, I will request re-run of my sample. My opinion is this data is not good and it is better to do re-run, and any opinion is welcome. Hope many suggestion and best reagards, cybog337, ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by cybog337; 11-11-2013 at 04:34 PM. |

That is not an ideal run, but it looks like you have enough reads for most of the samples. I would only run again if you need more coverage.
