Hi Yes,
SEQwiki now collects information about the 'contact email address' associated with each bioinformatics application (e.g. a mailing list for the tool). You can help out by adding an appropriate email address to your favorite tools listed here: http://seqanswers.com/wiki/Category:Missing_email Just choose a tool, click 'Edit with form' and select 'Provenance'. We've also added two new fields collecting the application's interface type (Command line, Web UI, Desktop GUI, etc.) and the Resource type (Database, Tool, Service, etc.).
