I'm wondering if there is a comprehensive database for RNA-Seq data from different mouse tissues similar to what Novartis GNF Symatlas generated? If so, any literature that describes such a database?
thanks |

I still haven't been able to find a comprehensive database containing RNA-Seq data for the majority of tissues/cells in mice, similar to what GNF performed using a microarray platform. I found a paper below which contains a few samples, but it would be helpful to identify larger sets of data.
