Hi everyone,
Im working on miRNA in milk now. My previous samples were shown very nice peak of miRNA in both colostrum and milk when I run the small RNA chip in Agilent bioanalyzer. My recent samples have peak of miRNA in colostrum. The milk sample seems no peak and noisy baseline. I still got miRNA from the run but I really wanna improve the miRNA peak in milk samples. All samples were extracted by Trizol method. My friend suggested me to run again. He suggests me to add 1-2 ul of sample to the chip If the miRNA peak doesnt show. Please give me some advices. Im so stuck here |
