How would I go about building a GTF file from either the FASTA file or from this infromation

Ok I can't seem to get the python program to run, I've moved the file over to our server and tried to run it using the command given -
"cat file.gb | gb2gtf.py > file.gtf" by inserting my files location for file.gb and then putting the output for file.gtf. I still receive the error - gb2gtf.py: command not found ***** Had to include the directory for the program as well ***** Last edited by Aholton; 09-04-2012 at 01:25 PM. Reason: Solved Issue |
