Responsible for all phases of software testing. Create end to end user driven testing scenarios that captures the majority of use cases within a molecular biology laboratory for instrument control, data management, and sample tracking software systems. Experience implementing automated testing procedures is a requirement, as well as reviewing development based unit testing and regression testing to create and document a encompassing test plan. This position can be based at our Guilford, CT or San Francisco, CA offices.
Essential skills and background include:
• Test plan design expertise.
• Familiarity with Linux operating system, data structures and web applications
• Organization and detail oriented.
• Configuration management skills a plus.
• Knowledge of C and C++ a plus.
