Targetted DNA sequencing quantification
Hi,
I am interested in quantifying DNA targeted sequencing on the Miseq. Has anyone attempted this? From the literature quantification of targeted RNA sequencing seems well accepted? Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks J |
