NGS- based approach for 100% mutation detection rate in patients with Retinoblastoma. Approach proves to be six times more economical than Reflex Mode Testing. It is cost-effective when compared to conventional tests for the early diagnosis of Retinoblastoma. Findings strongly support the incorporation of a NGS-based approach for the routine genetic testing of Rb in India, as it is highly sensitive, accurate, fast, and affordable.
