Exclamation Finding Perfect matches and mismatches

Hi can anyone say me how i can find perfect matches and mismatches present in a probe i mean i want to find probes having 1 mismatch, probes having 2 mismatches..............

What kind of probe? Microarray?

i have probe information for hg18 genome i need to find pm and mm for them with mcf7 cancer cell line (for the reads mapped to the probes whether probe location is perfectly matched with them or how many mismatches are present for every probe)
