Default are cp and mt RNA included

We utilized oligo(dT)-based poly(A)+ RNA capture method to get the targeted mRNA. And sequences were generated through Illumia Hiseq.
I am curiously to know if the mitchondria and chloroplast mRNA are also included in our output.

Thanks
