Default RNA-Seq data set?

Greetings! I am looking for an RNA-Seq data set to play with. Especially 454 transcriptome data. Any ideas? By the way, anybody did a study to run the same RNA-Seq with both 454 and Illumina? Thanks! -Simon

A good place to start is the Omnibus Gene expression database at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/ there are plenty of uploaded sequencing files, you can also try the SRA at NCBI
