Dear All,
When I am running

Code:

/opt/TransDecoder-3.0.0/TransDecoder.LongOrfs -t /zs32/data-analysis/liucy_group/llhuang/SMRTtofu/clusterOut/combined/all_sizes.quivered_hq.fastq.5merge.collapsed.rep.fq -m 100

I am getting following error:

/opt/TransDecoder-3.0.0/TransDecoder.LongOrfs -t /zs32/data-analysis/liucy_group/llhuang/SMRTtofu/clusterOut/combined/all_sizes.quivered_hq.fastq.5merge.collapsed.rep.fq -m 100

I figured it out . Just to install the perl module:
$ cpan URI::Escape
