Default mysterious exons from UCSC

Hi,
I used UCSC to get chr coordinates (hg19)for all exons of genes which Iím interested in.
I annotated the coordinates on refseq (chromosome seq from UCSC, hg19) and saw that the some of them donít agree with the positions for the real exons (annotations for genes are from UCSC as well, hg19)!
So looks like the UCSC gave me positions for exons which donít existÖ
Does anyone know how it is possible?
Thanks

Perhaps your original set of exons were from the knownGene or ensGene table not refGene?

it is normal. Some annotation differences are between different annotation database.
