I've contacted the author but have yet to hear back, and I'm in need of advice asap.
My oases assembly has been running for over a week (500 million reads, both PE and SE). I'm not sure if it's stalled or not, but the last file updated was over a week ago. Velvetg has completed, and the log file shows that Oases did initiate. I should have enough memory (500 Gb, and its only using about 350Gb so far). CPU usage is nearly 100%, but its been like that since oases started.
If I stopped the run, does anyone know if Oases can resume, or at least start again without needed to run velvetg again? The last file to be updated was the 'LastGraph' file.
