Default Pulling out ORFs and removing UTR

I am looking for a way to identify and pull out the most likely ORF in sequences, and also remove flanking UTRs. Is there such a a program?

Thanks,
Mike

The most difficult part is to recognize the intact ORF. Are you sure each sequence contains a complete ORF, not partial?
