Hi all,
I finally found some time to update my presentation from 2012. A lot changed in the NGS world in those years. I originally posted the link in http://seqanswers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19067 but since the title does not cover the complete presentation, I've made a new post. 155 slides about the mostly used systems today, about applications (mainly for biology research) and some things to take into consideration and think about. The presentation and file with explanation can be downloaded from my webpage: http://users.ugent.be/~avierstr/nextgen/nextgen.html |

A very comprehensive effort. Thank you Andy!
This may be a good reference to go back to as technologies die out over time (e.g. 454, SOLiD). |
