What is this adapter?

I have a small RNA fastq file downloaded from the SRA that seems to have this adapter:

CATCGATCCTGCAGGCT

I determined that this was the adapter by using SeqTrimMap to iteratively trim and remap reads and decipher what positions in the reads were unmapped to the genome.

Does anyone know what this adapter sequence is? That is, who made it, and what the complete adapter sequence is? The SRA record for the fastq file says the library was prepared with the Takara Small RNA cloning kit, but I cannot find any documentation on this.
