  • Spike-in sets for small RNA seq?

I'm thinking of making a commercial offering of the SRQC and ERDN spike-in sets for small RNASeq: http://nar.oxfordjournals.org/conten...kv303.abstract

These seem relatively simple to make, but of course making a big batch, QCing it, and selling aliquots would be beneficial for everyone. Would there be some interest in these?

Have you commercialized this yet? Our lab has interest in small RNA spike in controls. Please let me know where to access these.

Contact NIST - they are developing some and were the ones to commercialize the ERCC RNA spike-ins through Ambion. They may have something.

Our lab would also be interested. Did you find anything?

          Strategies for Sequencing Challenging Samples
          by seqadmin

Despite advancements in sequencing platforms and related sample preparation technologies, certain sample types continue to present significant challenges that can compromise sequencing results. Pedro Echave, Senior Manager of the Global Business Segment at Revvity, explained that the success of a sequencing experiment ultimately depends on the amount and integrity of the nucleic acid template (RNA or DNA) obtained from a sample. “The better the quality of the nucleic acid isolated...
