Tuxedo suite not giving alternative TSSs their own loci

Hey,

I am hoping to characterise alternative TSSs in my samples.

I have processed them through to CuffNorm and, although it seems to have picked up annotated and unannotated TSSs, it hasn't given me the exact locus for each different TSS.

For example (from CuffNomrm's tss_groups.attr.table):

TSS10001 - - XLOC_006034 - TSS10001 2R:13301474-13315016 -
TSS10002 - - XLOC_006034 - TSS10002 2R:13301474-13315016 -
TSS10003 - - XLOC_006035 - TSS10003 2R:13301474-13315016 -

Maybe I'm missing something, but I was hoping to find different loci for each TSS.
