    Miseq Error

    We are quite new user for Miseq. We did the Miseq run and got this error. Anyone got this error before?

    Please help us on this issue

    We got this error message quite a few times, it is likely that the clustering failed (user error, leaky flowcell, valve failure?). If you contact tech support, they will help you finding the source of the problem. Good luck!
