Hello all,
I would like to align RNA-Seq reads to custom references sequences that I have created (custom FASTA file), but the problem is I only have access to the resulting BAM files of some RNA-Seq experiments. Is there a way to use these BAM files in order to align to my custom sequences? Thanks for your input! |
