Prokaryotic gene prediction software
Hello SEQanswers community,
I am looking for an open source software, which can assemble and annotate a prokaryotic "short reads" coming out of various sequencing set up and the software licensing should allow us to integrate it in web-services provided by us. Please help me in searching this kind of software, if available? Do I need separate software for assembly and annotation?
