Default separate the unique and redundant reads from the raw data

Hi, I have raw deep seq data (micro rna data). I want to separate the unique and redundant reads from the raw data. Is there any tools to identify the unique and redundant reads??

Thanks

You can try dedupe.sh from BBMap suite. Since you have microRNA data you are likely to have adapters in your reads. You may want/need to trim those before using dedupe.sh.
