Hello,
I have expression data of several samples generated by RNA-seq (reads count generated by htseq) and I would do a scatterplot of my data in R (two samples by two samples). This is not complicated with the plot () function, but values equal to 0 in one sample and not 0 in the other are not shown (for example a point on the y-axis or the x-axis). Does anyone know how to do that?
I thank in advance those who can help me.
