Low library yield with 16s nanopore kit

Dear all,

Has anyone experienced low yield of the final library when using the 16s nanopore kit, 16S024? Yield as low as 1 ng.

If yes, is there any solution for this? Has anybody tried adjusting Ampure to sample ratio during cleanup?
