Improve the peak of miRNA in Agilent Bioanalyzer
Hi everyone,
Im working on miRNA in milk now. My previous samples were shown very nice peak of miRNA in both colostrum and milk when I run the small RNA chip in Agilent bioanalyzer. My recent samples have peak of miRNA in colostrum. The milk sample seems no peak and noisy baseline. I still got miRNA from the run but I really wanna improve the miRNA peak in milk samples.
All samples were extracted by Trizol method.
My friend suggested me to run again. He suggests me to add 1-2 ul of sample to the chip If the miRNA peak doesnt show.
Please give me some advices. Im so stuck here
