Hi all,
I am doing ChIP-seq. Now the problem is the enrichment is about 100 fold directly after ChIP but reduces to 8 fold after adapters ligation and amplification. This enrichment is not acceptable to me. Could somebody give me some suggestions for how to solve the problems? Thanks in advance.
Btw, my average size for ChIP is about 200bp.
