Hi,
Is there a way to calculate mean of merged interval when there are there are one or more merged regions may have empty values. I have a situation where I can not replace these values by 0 as I need to differentiate actual 0 values as opposed to regions not being covered by any reads.
I have a file like where empty values are ".":
So, if I merged this with distance of 100bp I should get:
Is there a way to get this output?
