how to know the genomic coordinate of the exon region of each gene

Hi,

I would like to have a file including the genomic coordinates of all the exonic region (per transcript) of HG18.

Ideally it has the following information
transcript ID
chromosome number
start position (multiple values)
end position (multiple values)
gene name

Anyone knows how to get it? Thanks.
