Hi,
I've been looking for the PCR regions or 'manifest file' for a whole genome sequencing kit? In an example there hundreds of WGS in 1000G project. They provide also exomes with BED files of targets. But there is no such info for genomes. Is there any thing that I missed? Is there a kit for whole genome sequencing and so its manifest file; or WGS is entirely different process than WES? As a summary where do I find manifest like file for illumina's WGS or ex. 1000G project's? ![]() |

Hi ,
I think the "BED files" for WGS you are looking is the genome reference used to align the reads. Best, Tristan |
