Hi all,
I'm new in this field and want to learn something here. ![]() I'm doing RNA-Seq library prep, we need to get good libraries from small starting total RNA material. When i tried to use 500ng total RNA to start, i usually couldn't get more than 1ng of purified cDNA. Does anyone have some suggestions on how to get more cDNA? Thanks -Flora |
