Hi All,
I am searching for a review or summary comparing tools and features therein for current (or state-of-the-art) NGS data management, and for NGS data analysis. I am finding hundreds of separate articles written to extol the features of individual programs or pipelines, but none that does these actual comparisons. Can you please point me in the right direction? Thank you! |

I'd right now not be aware of a single (free) "management" system for everything.
Normally you basically build your own pipeline with the tools which work for you. -> it's important to know what you want to do. Searching for SNPs is different than doing assemblies, or differential expression analysis. |
