    Interproscan output visualisation

    Hi,

    I've a set of proteins and I got the annotation running interproscan (version:5RC7). I wonder what could be the most meaningful way of viewing the output (xml or tsv) of interproscan in terms of graphs, figures etc? For example, a pie chart of the GO terms, protein domains etc. I found a tool called IPRstats, which I was unable to run with the xml file generated by the version 5RC7. Thanks for any advice.
