Default What are the components of the stop solution (STP) in the TruSeq small RNA-Illumina?

What is in the stop solution (STP) that is used to stop the 3' adaptor ligation before the 5' adaptor ligation in the Illumina TruSeq small RNA cloning protocol (STP part number- 15016304)?

Somebody posted this direct link to the Illumina customer letter before. I believe you find your answer in here.

Default Thanks

Thanks. Interesting, it appears the STP oligo forms a stem loop and one end of the stem loop anneals to the 3' adapter oligo and inhibits further ligation. Neat
