Default Labs that have tried with CLIP-PE

Hi guys,

Do you know any lab that has experience working on Illumina library construction using CLIP-PE methodology (Peng Z, Zhao Z, Nath N, Froula JL, Clum A, et al. (2012) Generation of Long Insert Pairs Using a Cre-LoxP Inverse PCR Approach. PLoS ONE 7(1): e29437. doi:10.1371/journal.pone.0029437)

Yes, we have tried it. Unfortunately without success. We needed something like 24 PCR cycles to get some library from plants. We did not sequence them.
