Default Refseq ID for mRNA and protein

Hi all

I've been trying to find a gff or other table file containing both refseq mRNA ID (NM_*****) and refseq protein ID (NP_*****) and refseq gene name. I could only find separate information for those in UCSC browser or ncbi.

Please help me, if anyone know this issue.
