Is there any difference between the two position file formats ".clocs" and "_post.txt"? I suppose they contain the same information, because "bclToQseq accepts both as input, but why then is the HiSeq 2000 saving both to the run folder? Just to allow the user to take a look at the human readable txt format or ist there any other reason?
