Default per_sequence_GC_content in ribo-reduction RNA-seq data

Recently sequenced a ribo-reduction library on an Illumina HiSeq. FASTQC analysis showed an unusual spiky per_sequence_GC_content distribution (see attached). There was an overrepresented sequence that blasts to a snoRNA. I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this unusual spiky GC content distribution with a ribo-reduction library.
