How modified 3' end of the adapter can attach to the glass slide?

1. After emPCR step, then modified 3' end of the adapter to attached the glass slide, how to modified ? and which chemical reaction ?
2. To attached DNA to glass slide with covalent bond, how can the DNA fragment can be attached ? and the DNA under the bead ( DNA attached to glass slide )can be sequenced ?
3. How many DNA need to be attached to glass slide (to comfirm that the bead can be hold tighly with the glass slide) ?
