Hi all,
I was wondering if there is a way to look at cDNA yield after first strand synthesis by an RT.
Ideally, what I am looking to do is take a bulk RNA prep, possibly clean it up with SPRI beads, then run it on a bioanalyzer chip.
Would this be possible? I'm thinking the first strand cDNA should be hybridized to RNA at this point and it could be possible to detect it on a bioanalyzer.
