Hi,
We are happy using a LabChip GX for our NGS work - both QC of gDNA and of libraries.
But we have an issue with daisy-chains in NGS libraries which seem to be related to the GX and not the sample as the daisy-chains are not observed when the samples are analysed on a Bioanalyzer, TapeStation and Fragment Analyzer.
Furthermore the daisy-chains are observed randomly when repeating the GX analysis with a new dilution from the NGS library stock.
I have attached a GX image of three samples with variable amount of daisy-chains.
Perkin-Elmer are working with us to investigate the issue, but I would be happy to hear from other GX users who have experienced the same.
Cheers,
/Jakob
