RNA-Seq for Promotor and TSS finding

hey guys,

need one more time your unbelievable literature knowledge!

got some million illumina reads (5' enriched) and want to show the TSS and the promotor if possible. Is there any paper relating to some methods doing this?
(I know promotor finding is one of the hardest fields in bioinformatics but i got several sequences of verified promotors and I am to lazy to implement everything on my own)
