Default Finding Unique sequences not shared between closely related species

Hi everyone

I was wondering if someone could give me some advice in how I could go about finding unique sequences not shared inter-species

If say I wanted to find a sequence in human that was not shared with any closely related species how could I do this efficiently?

Any help would be very appreciated.

Best regards
