Default different cDNA preps

Hi All!
does anyone have any experience in running Nugen FFPE or Ovation V2 systems?
I am wondering if I need more seq depth compared to polyA selected RNA to get a somehow comparable library complexity.
I generally run 75bp, PE, 30 mil reads polyA-selected samples...

Any feedback is appreciated!!!
