    .csv sample sheet for Caporaso protocol -16s Amplicon Sequencing

    Hello!
    I'm performing a metagenomics study for bacterial detection in soils.
    I'm ready to run the 16S PCR/library but I need to change the .csv sample sheet.
    The workflow to create the sample sheet seems different, probably due to an upgrade of the Illumina Experimental Manager.
    I'm worried to do something wrong ..can someone help me with the new workflow in order to to create the correct csv, please?
