Dear Members:
We’ve formally opened the free Basic Account in GenomeQuest 6.1Beta. This new version adds native support for uploads of color space data, file compression as you go, native searching in color space, sharing of virtual databases, updated workflows for Variant and Newbler, and the introduction of a new workflow for de novo: Velvet.
The Basic Account is free and gives researchers immediate access to GenomeQuest 6.1Beta functionality, complete results of Sanger runs, and a full sampling of NGS runs. More information is available on the GenomeQuest 6 wiki.
Give it a try. The registration just takes a few minutes: http://www.genomequest.com/basic-registration.html.
I’d like to know what you think and look forward to hearing from you.
