I have used stringtie -merge option to get a merged gtf file of my assembly. However, when I use gffread to extract sequences from the merged gtf, I get the following error.
Error (GFaSeqGet): subsequence cannot be larger than 465 Error getting subseq for gene1 (465..1503)! Has anybody ran into this earlier? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! |
