I have a question about the Sure Select Multiplex kit - I notice that they use a different primer to that which is included in the Illumina multiplex sample prep kit. Does anyone know what the sequences of the Sure Select Indexing Pre-capture PCR primer and post-capture PCR primer are?

Its proprietary, I have asked. If anyone has it, I would be very interested in knowing it as well.

I believe the pre-capture PCR primer is equivalent to the Illumina Multiplexing PCR Primer 2.0
The post-capture PCR primer is simply the Illumina Multiplexing PCR Primer 1.0 . I cannot confirm this, but it makes logical sense. |
