Hi All,
I need to make a figure to display multiply sequence samples together in a genome browser view. My samples have different total reads (about 10 million, 30 million, and 100 million), how can I set up maximum data range for each? Is it ok to show all with the same data range? In such setup, the deeper sequenced samples might always have larger and higher peaks than samples with lower total reads. It can be misleading. But if I set up with different ranges according to total reads, the less sequenced samples always look ugly. Shall I normalize each sample to the same total reads before loading to genome browser? Is there a way to do it?
Thanks!
